Executive Board of AURELIUS raises earnings forecast for the current business year 2017

München, 6 July 2017 - AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) raises its earnings forecast for the current business year 2017. The Executive Board of AURELIUS Equity Opportunities expects to end the current business year 2017 with an EBITDA for the combined group of more than EUR 650 million (previously: more than EUR 500 million).

The reason for raising the forecast is the successful sale of AURELIUS' subsidiary Getronics to strategic investor Bottega InvestCo S.à r.l., Luxembourg. With the sale, AURELIUS was able to achieve a cash multiple from invested capital of approx. 18.5x. According to provisional calculations, the transaction will presumably have a positive effect on AURELIUS' 2017 EBITDA for the combined group of approx. EUR 160 million.
