We focus on the acquisition of companies with operational improvement potential across Western Europe. AURELIUS is an investor for complex deals including turnarounds and the acquisition of profitable underperformers or business portfolios from corporates, owner managers, entrepreneurs, private equity investors, banks & funds. Our current portfolio comprises 22 businesses across the following sectors: industrials, chemicals, business services, consumer, food & beverages and TMT. We look to improve the performance of our portfolio businesses by providing management capabilities and the necessary financial resources for investment.

For our team in our Stockholm office we are looking for a

Assistant for Managing Director – part time (app. 20 - 25h/week)


  • general administrative and organizational team assistance duties

  • independent coordination of appointments

  • organization of national and international meetings (appointment coordination, preparation of meetings)

  • travel arrangements / -organization and travel expenses

  • contact person for internal and external business partners

  • tracking of project activities, research of company profiles and maintenance of the CRM-database

  • general office management (telephone, mail, ordering of office supplies etc.)

  • upon agreement the working hours can perspectively be increased

Skills required

  • previous experience as an assistant is of advantage

  • work experience in Private Equity, financial services, consulting, a law firm or similar is preferred

  • strong team player

  • good organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • good telephone and interpersonal skills

  • ability to build relationships, self-motivated, assertive and pro-active, well-developed sense of responsibility

  • innovative and solutions driven

  • fluent in Swedish and English, further language skills welcome

  • good MS office skills
