1st July 2013 – From today, brightONE acts with a new brand identity on the market. Thus, the acquisition of the majority of Tieto´s operations in Germany and the Netherlands by the Munich-based AURELIUS Group is completed. The agreement was a consequence of Tieto's strategy to focus its operations on core businesses. With brightONE starts a newly formed company which concentrates on the optimized interaction between people, companies and technology.
brightONE operates with 900 employees in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and India. The specialist teams supports customers in the industries of automotive, banking, energy, healthcare, hi-tech & electronics, insurance and telecommunications with advanced technology and product development as well as tailor-made solutions in the area of information and communication technology (ICT). brightONE sees itself as an expert for the change, which identifies the innovative potential of products and opens up new prospects and markets to their customers.
