Blaupunkt presents Car Audio Range 2010 at AMICOM trade fair in Leipzig from April 10 to 14

Hildesheim, 19 March 2010 – Blaupunkt presents its Car Audio Range 2010 at the AMICOM 2010 trade fair. Apart from the latest car radios San Francisco 300 and Toronto 400BT the new loudspeaker and amplifier models of the GT series which has been successful for years and sold a million times will be presented. Completely new within the product portfolio (product range) are the powerful loudspeakers and subwoofers of the GT Power series.

The first AMICOM trade fair in Leipzig from April 10 to 14 expects more than a hundred manufacturers of the in-car entertainment, communication and navigation technology. At exhibition stand G11 in hall 5 visitors can enjoy the Blaupunkt Music Experience.

The latest Blaupunkt car radios San Francisco 300 and Toronto 400BT present themselves as innovative and traditional at the same time. Blaupunkt relies on the tried and tested Codem III Tuner. Due to the excellent reception quality, the so-called tuner competence, appreciated by insiders for decades Blaupunkt can again make itself stand out of the competitors in the respective price range. Furthermore, these devices connect the quality and reliability appreciated by customers with contemporary interfaces such as USB connection, mobile harddisks and Bluetooth. The integrated speakerphone makes using the mobile phone during a car drive safe and convenient and Bluetooth Audio Streaming provides music directly via mobile phone. Not to forget the unpretentious and modern design that imparts the quality impression expected by the demanding customer of every premium product.

Blaupunkt presents loudspeakers and amplifiers of its enhanced GT series respresenting, as one of the most reliable on the market, a perfect price-performance ratio within the seventh generation by this time. The popular visual appearance of the loudspeaker GT series has generally been maintained. What is really new and probably unique within the entry level are the special structure and colouring of the mebranes. On top of that the GT series 2010 has received bass-strong support by two active subwoofer models whose clear focus is on powerful assistance for the existing in-car music system without wasting too much space.

New within the product portfolio are the powerful loudspeakers and subwoofers of the GT Power series, a recent upgrade of the successful GT series. The brand-new GT Power series adresses customers who like to paint the town red. A particularly aggressive design with love for detail and impressive performance data offer the car hi-fi expert the highest sound pleasure: much power and even more music experience with fun factor. In terms of prices Blaupunkt also thinks of its customer’s wish for a fair “price per watt“-ratio.

When 2.6 million users of Germany’s third largest car internet portal auto.de could vote for their favourite, Blaupunkt has made second place within the car hi-fi category with a total of 13.8% of the given votes and far ahead of the competitors behind.
