2023 was a record year for new lending, with AURELIUS Finance Company delivering several key milestones:

• Our total lending portfolio crossed the GBP 100m threshold, showing significant growth.
• We completed our first Irish deal for a manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of consumer goods, with a lending volume of GBP 20m. Our facility supported a working capital refinancing, a bolt-on acquisition, and created the liquidity headroom needed to begin a shareholder distribution programme.
• During December 23,  AURELIUS Finance Company provided extended facilities to existing client, The Original Factory Shop. This GBP 12m facility was designed to support the expansion of the store portfolio, and allow for the repayment of a portion of the investor’s subordinated debt.

As we look forward to 2024, AURELIUS Finance Company is excited to announce a new funding line which further enhances the product offering. This gives us:

• The ability for the first time to offer cashflow loans on top of our asset-based lending facilities, which will help deliver the optimum level of working capital headroom for our clients.
• The ability to provide an even more competitive price point on our loan products.
